  2. Molding temperature range Barrel temperature is controlled at 260°C~300°C. Avoid long-term temperature exceeding 320°C, which will trigger molecular decomposition, yellowing and black spots on products.
  3. Mold temperature setting Recommended mold temperature 80°C~120°C. Higher mold temperature improves melt fluidity, reduces internal stress of products, prevents white cracking and improves surface transparency and gloss.
  4. Eliminate internal stress Virgin PC molded parts easily retain internal stress, which may lead to cracking during secondary processing (printing, coating, assembly). Post-annealing treatment at 110~120°C for 30~60 minutes can effectively release internal stress.
  5. Mold venting design PC melt produces trace gas at high temperature; sufficient vent grooves must be set on the parting surface to avoid burnt marks, air traps and incomplete filling.
